WWE Hall of Famer and RAW general manager Kurt Angle is itching to get back in the squared circle and is making his intentions quite clear.
In an interview with TheSun.co.uk, Angle talks about his current run in WWE and his potential return to in-ring competition.
“There was never supposed to be a GM role” Angle said.
“I don’t know if it was Mick Foley’s hip or WWE just decided they wanted to bring me on the TV. It’s been a lot of fun.
I love being with the guys and girls and every week you get a closer bond with them.”
Angle also discussed the locker room, which has changed a bit since he was last in WWE.
“I’m obviously from a different generation so it’s kind of different for me to be here now. They’ve welcomed me and made me feel at home, I’m having a great time.”
Angle is more than confident that his last match will take place in a WWE ring.
“You’ll see me back in the ring, for sure,” Angle said.
“I don’t know when, but I can’t wait.”
